The optional module accrues tiered, phase-based commissions on real net subscription revenue from your Stripe integration, attributes customers to the right partner via a first-touch lock, pays out only after money is in, and reverses commissions automatically on refund, cancellation or chargeback. Partners self-serve in the white-label portal; you run everything in a no-code editor, via REST API or MCP.

Example

A partner brings in a customer via their landing page. Florentin credits 20% of net subscription revenue in months 1–12, then 10% — for the customer's lifetime. If the customer is refunded or the bank charges back, a clawback reverses the commission cleanly; already-paid amounts run through an offset ledger.

Is this included by default?

No, partner management is an optional, multi-tenant add-on module.

What are commissions calculated on?

On real net subscription revenue (excl. VAT) from your Stripe integration — subscriptions only, no credit purchases, one currency per program.

Is there partner-refers-partner?

Yes — configurable multi-level; each level earns on its direct downline's commission, and reversals cascade back down the chain automatically.

How do payouts work?

Florentin bundles due commissions into payout runs (with threshold and history); you mark the payout as paid. The money movement itself currently runs outside — a direct Stripe Connect payout is in preparation.
